- The sponsor of the Pappy Raffle is Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville, Tennessee, Inc. (RMHC), EIN: 62-1310717, a Tennessee 501(c)3 organization located at 2144 Fairfax Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee 37212
- Tennessee Gaming License #: CO1312
- All proceeds from the Pappy Raffle will benefit the programs of RMHC. Pappy Raffle tickets will be sold beginning on April 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST until August 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST or when the 1,500 tickets available are sold out, whichever occurs first.
- The drawing will take place on August 11, 2026, at 12:00NOON CST at the Nashville Ronald McDonald House and livestreamed on the RMHC Facebook page which can be accessed at www.rmhcnashville.com, at which time the Winner will be announced. There will only be 1 Winner.
- Following the announcement via Facebook, the Winner will have 30 days to claim their prize. The Winner will be notified by RMHC within seven days of the drawing by phone and/or email at the number or email address provided via the website when purchasing the Ticket. The name of the Winner will be available at the Nashville Ronald McDonald House and online at https://rmhcnashville.com/event/pappy-raffle/.
- The Winner must provide proper identification that matches the name and address from the ticket purchase to the satisfaction of RMHC.
- The Winner is obligated, unless otherwise provided herein, to be responsible for all costs associated with that prize, including, but not limited to, registration, licensing, delivery and other applicable fees, as well as all local, state, and federal taxes that may be applicable. The Winner is advised to consult with a tax advisor to determine any tax liabilities.
- Tickets will sell for $100 each (U.S. Funds only), and each purchaser must be 21 years of age or older. Tickets may be purchased ONLY through the Pappy Raffle website link. There is no limit on the number of tickets that may be purchased by a single individual. Residents of the continental United States, where not prohibited by law, are eligible. An affidavit of eligibility will be required from the Winner. RMHC employees, members of the RMHC Boards of Directors, and their immediate family members (family members living in the same home) are not eligible to purchase tickets.
- A Ticket is not valid and shall not be entered in the Pappy Raffle until full and satisfactory payment for such Ticket is received by RMHC. Tickets are not transferable once purchased. If a Ticket Holder’s payment by credit card is declined or a check is dishonored by the bank for any reason, such Ticket Holder’s Ticket shall be invalid and will not be entered in the drawing, unless full and satisfactory payment is made by 10:00 a.m. CDT on August 11, 2026. RMHC will endeavor to notify the invalidated Ticket Holder by phone at the number provided on the ticket purchasing website; however, any failure to do so shall not cause the Ticket to become valid, cause the Ticket to be entered in the Pappy Raffle, or give rise to any claim or cause of action on behalf of the invalidated Ticket Holder.
- Following the purchase of a raffle ticket(s), an email will be sent to the Ticket Holder verifying the purchase – winners will be drawn by Ticket Holder number. The winning number will be randomly chosen, and the winner of the prize will be the Ticket Holder who has purchased a valid Ticket whose number matches the number chosen.
- By purchasing a Ticket, each Ticket Holder accepts and agrees to be bound by all the rules, limitations, conditions, and restrictions set forth herein (the “Rules”), as well as all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. RMHC’s decisions in all matters concerning the Pappy Raffle and its interpretation and application of the Rules shall be final. Please contact RMHC if you have questions regarding the Rules or the Pappy Raffle. The Pappy Raffle is void where prohibited by law.
- By purchasing a ticket, each Ticket Holder releases the RMHC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind and agrees to hold RMHC harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, and claims by participation in the Pappy Raffle.
- Each Ticket Holder agrees to his or her name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness being utilized for advertising and publicity purposes without prior approval and without compensation to the Ticket Holder. Additionally, purchasing a ticket provides consent to opt-in and receive marketing emails and solicitations from RMHC. Per the Internal Revenue Service, ticket purchases do not qualify as charitable contributions.
